Na, wer hat beim ersten Ansehen von "Too Punk to Fuck" auch an "Sin City" gedacht? Eindringliche Aufnahmen in kontrastreichem Schwarz-Weiß von schwer bewaffneten Frauen in sexy Montur mit selbstbewusst-aggressiver Attitüde, all das erinnert schon sehr an den Kultfilm nach dem Comic von Frank Miller aus dem Jahre 2005. Seid ihr "Sin City" Fans? Wenn ja, dann gefällt euch der Fashion Fim Friday #17 ganz sicher sehr gut. Und wenn Punk hier ein Begriff ist, der nicht nur für die Mode ausgequetscht wird, sondern der für Auflehnung gegen den Status Quo steht, dann darf es von mir aus ruhig stehen bleiben. Entstanden ist der Fashion Film "Too Punk to Fuck" nämlich im Zuge der Metropolitain Museum of Art Ausstellung "Punk - Chaos to Couture" im Jahr 2013. Die Ausstellung hatte sich mit dem Einfluss von Punk auf die Modewelt befasst. Die Schuhe die in dem Film gezeigt werden sind übrigens vom Londoner Label Scarlet Fever Footwear. Are you a "Sin City" fan? If so, you'll definitely like this weeks Fashion Fim Friday. And if punk here is understood as an idea of revolt against a status quo, the better, cause "Too Punk to Fuck" was made in the context of the Metropolitain Museum of Art exhibit "Punk - Chaos to Couture" in 2013.
